Our state-approved medication aide training programs prepare healthcare professionals to safely administer medications and provide specialized care in long-term care and assisted living facilities. We offer comprehensive training with experienced instructors and hands-on clinical practice.
The 56-hour Certified Medication Aide (CMA) program is designed for CNAs certified for at least six months who are ready to expand their role and become eligible for the state certification exam. For those seeking advanced responsibilities, our 20-hour Advanced Certified Medication Aide (ACMA) program includes training in Glucose Monitoring & Insulin Administration (12 hours) and NG & Respiratory care (8 hours), allowing CMAs to further enhance their clinical expertise.
Successfully complete our CMA or ACMA training program with classroom instruction and clinical practice.
Schedule and successfully pass the state certification examination.
Submit your application and required documentation to receive your official certification.
Once certified, you’re ready to work as a CMA or ACMA in long-term care and assisted living facilities.
The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) course is for $350 Tuition (CE is not included).
The 8-hour CE Course is held on the first day of each CMA course. This course is for students with an active CMA/ACMA certification. Call for available dates.
