Wendy Williams is the visionary founder of Health & Safety Education Training Center, established in 2016 to expand access to high-quality healthcare education within the Tulsa community. With a passion for service and a commitment to developing the next generation of healthcare professionals, Wendy built the organization on the principles of compassion, integrity, and educational excellence.
Under her leadership, the Training Center has grown into a respected institution offering comprehensive programs that prepare students for meaningful careers in healthcare. Wendy’s dedication to removing barriers for aspiring healthcare workers inspired the creation of the Miss Weary Foundation in 2017, the nonprofit umbrella that supports scholarships, community outreach, and workforce development initiatives.
Wendy is known for her unwavering belief that education has the power to transform lives. She has created an environment where students are supported, encouraged, and challenged to rise confidently into the roles as caregivers and healthcare leaders. Her commitment to community, equity, and student success continues to shape the mission and vision of the Training Center.

CNA Instructor
Rachael Rae Robinson-Mathis is a Licensed Practical Nurse and transformative instructor at Health and Safety Education Training Center. Blending clinical experience with compassion, she inspires students in CNA, CMA, ACMA, and nursing fundamentals to rise beyond limitations and step confidently into their healthcare careers. Known for her motivating and grounding presence, Rachael teaches with intention, purpose, and a belief in every student’s potential.
PN Instructor
Whitney R. is an accomplished nursing professional with over 13 years of experience across long-term care, skilled nursing, urgent care, and the operating room. As a Lead LPN Instructor, she brings extensive clinical knowledge, strong leadership, and a genuine commitment to student success. Known for her supportive teaching style and high standards, Whitney excels at simplifying complex concepts and building confidence in future nurses. She is dedicated to creating a positive, engaging learning environment and preparing compassionate, competent healthcare professionals.
Evening PN Instructor
Dr. Rebecca Ray, DNP, RN, CCRN brings both real-world nursing experience and a strong academic foundation to the Practical Nursing program. She began her career as an LPN before advancing to RN practice and earning her doctorate in nursing. Her clinical background includes long-term care, critical care, emergency nursing, hospice, endoscopy, and medical-surgical nursing. Dr. Ray is dedicated to mentoring future nurses and fostering a learning environment that promotes confidence, professionalism, and clinical excellence.
Lab Instructor
Linda Dorsett, BSN, RN, is a dedicated and experienced nursing professional with a passion for education. With a background in clinical practice and a commitment to student success, Linda brings a wealth of knowledge and practical skills to the laboratory setting. Her teaching style is engaging and supportive, ensuring that students gain a solid foundation in laboratory procedures and techniques. Linda is dedicated to fostering a learning environment that encourages critical thinking and prepares students for their future careers in healthcare.
CNA Instructor
Tiffany Hutch is a Licensed Practical Nurse with 10 years of bedside nursing experience and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. Memory care is her specialty and favorite area of practice, shaped by years of supporting residents living with dementia. Tiffany is passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping others build the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Tiffany values encouragement and believes in empowering caregivers to grow into their full potential. She also enjoys educating families on how to interact meaningfully with their loved ones battling dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Her hobbies include song writing and poetry.
